Bien Properties needed a modern, user-friendly website to represent their full-service local Fresno, CA brokerage and establish a strong online presence.
What We Did
We designed and developed a custom website featuring IDX property listings, property management service pages, and an intuitive layout to showcase their team and expertise.
Results
The new site elevated Bien Properties’ brand presence, streamlined the user experience, and created a seamless platform that serves all audiences. Property owners can explore management services, buyers and sellers can browse real-time IDX listings and connect with agents, and renters are offered an organized, mobile-friendly way to find available properties.

Brief
KEMPT is a luxury men's hair salon in Orange County. They opened their second location in 2020 and were looking to increase brand awareness and online bookings during the pandemic.
What We Did
Our team developed a targeted paid media campaign that included ads on Google as well as retargeting ads for users who had previously visited the KEMPT website. We also conducted A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy and landing pages. Throughout the campaign, we closely monitored performance and made adjustments as needed.
Results
Thanks to our comprehensive paid media strategy, KEMPT saw a 30% increase in website traffic and a 25% increase in bookings during the campaign period.

Brief
State Fair Ent, also known as Juicys, wanted to reinvent the fair experience during COVID by launching a safe, drive-thru fair food event. Their goal was to keep the magic of the fair alive, engage loyal fans, and create new revenue opportunities. This led to eventually expanding into full-scale, in-person fair events in Los Angeles.
What We Did
Our team developed a comprehensive paid & traditional media strategy that included targeted content creation, influencer partnerships, and traditional media buys. Throughout the campaign, we closely monitored performance and made adjustments as needed.
Results
Thanks to our social media strategy, State Fair Ent had 12 sold out drive-thru events and was able to grow to host two, sold out in person fair events with a profit of over $2 million.
